Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders over 50 EUR. For smaller orders, shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Returns are free if:

• The item is returned within 14 days

• It’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

To start a return, just email us at support@flairish.co.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order in the size you want.

What size should I choose?

Many of our pieces have an oversized fit — if you prefer a more regular look, going one size down is often a good choice.

Are items restocked?

Most drops are limited edition and won’t be restocked. Once it’s sold out, it’s gone, But some products will come back in stock,  but new collections are always in the works. There can come ✨flair✨ products after a product is sold out. 

What is a Flair product? 

A ✨flair✨ product is a limited edition product made from our best selling products. It can come in limited colors or small changes in the design.  They are limited and there will only be x number of products sold.

Email us at support@flairish.co or use the contact form. We’ll get back to you as fast as possible, but no later that within 12 hours on weekdays.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Istanbul and ship worldwide, especially across Europe and US. 

 

Will I have to pay duties or import taxes in the EU?

No — EU customers do not pay customs duties on our products.
Our clothing is made in Turkey and qualifies for duty-free entry into the EU under the Customs Union agreement.
In some countries, VAT may apply depending on the order value and local rules. Vat is already added on in the price, so there will still be no extra expenses.
